In addition to scheduling rent payments and submitting service requests, you can stay involved in your community by checking out the ActiveBuilding community wall—a private online space where you can swap news, plan events, and join interest groups with other residents.

Convenient Rent Payment

Paying rent has never been easier! Once logged in, select Make a Payment from the Quick Links menu. You can schedule one-time or recurring payments. One-time payments made before 6 p.m. PST (9 p.m. EST) will post to your ledger the next business day.

Our maintenance team is ready to assist! Let us know right away when something in your home needs attention. Once you've logged in to your resident portal account, select Submit a Service Request from the Quick Links menu, then fill out the form and add any additional notes. It's that simple! You will receive updates by email text, or voice message with the progress of your request.
